The origins of Hulse & Germano began in 1967 when Edward J. Hulse, Esq. opened his solo practice in Burlington, NJ. In 1974. Edward began practicing with his brother, George H. Hulse, as Hulse & Hulse until 1979 when Denis C. Germano, Esquire, a former New Jersey Public Defender, joined the firm. The new name was Hulse & Germano. Nancy T. Abbott joined the firm in 1990, Gracy H. Hulse in 2002, and Thomas J. Scattergood in 2004.
