Gracy focuses her practice in the areas of civil and
commercial litigation, real estate, employment and land
use law. Gracy has significant experience in federal
and state court representing corporations, municipalities
and individuals. She is admitted to practice in NJ,
PA, MA and the United States District Courts for those
states.
A graduate of Holy Cross High School, Gracy earned her
B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College
in Lancaster, PA and her J.D. from New England School
of Law in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Hulse & Germano,
Gracy was an associate in the reorganization and finance
departments of Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia, PA
and Murtha Cullina LLP f/k/a Roche Carens & DeGiacomo,
LLP in Boston, MA. Gracy also served as a law clerk
to the Honorable Carol J. Kenner, former Chief Justice
of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District
of Massachusetts and the Office of the United States
Trustee for the United States Department of Justice
in Boston, MA.
Gracy is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association,
Employment Law Committee and the PA Bar Association.
