Denis's practice centers on local government operations,
including public employment law, zoning and planning,
school law, including IDEA matters, municipal utility
law, local public contracts and school contracts, and
real estate tax law. He is the attorney for the Springfield
Township Planning Board, Springfield Township Zoning
Board, New Hanover Land Development Board and New Hanover
Board of Education. He is also an approved attorney
for the Division of Youth and Family Services, Adoption
Resource Center, and has an extensive adoption practice.
A graduate of Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft,
NJ, Denis received his B.A. in Economics and Modern
Language from the College of the Holy Cross, studied
economics at the University of Madrid, Spain, and received
his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. He served as an
Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the State of NJ before forming Hulse & Germano.
in 1981. Denis is fluent in Spanish.
Denis is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association,
Municipal Law Committee, the NJ State Bar Association
and the Medford Lakes Colony Club.
